Wisport Raccoon 9L Side Pocket — Multicam Black

The Raccoon 9L Side Pocket is a modular side pouch by Wisport, designed to expand the load capacity of tactical and military packs compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. With a capacity of 9 litres and dimensions of 35x18x14 cm, it is a direct companion to Wisport's Raccoon 65, Raccoon 85, Wildcat and Sparrow 30 packs, but attaches without adapters to any MOLLE panel, including plate carriers and tactical vests.

The closure combines a rigid plastic buckle with an internal drawcord: the buckle secures the top opening quickly and can be released single-handed, while the internal drawcord lets you organise or restrain the contents so they don't shift during movement. This system gives noticeably faster access than a zip, but provides less water resistance in heavy rain: anyone operating in sustained wet conditions should consider adding a waterproof liner or dry bag inside.

The 9-litre volume is enough to carry a first-aid kit, rations, compact spare clothing or support items that don't need to be in the main pack. The ability to mount it on the side of a tactical vest also makes it a practical alternative to a hip pack when operating without a rucksack, shifting weight onto the hips rather than the shoulders.
