Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.
Delivery typically takes place within 5 business days, with variations depending on the destination and the carrier. Orders confirmed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Orders dispatched from multiple warehouses
We operate from multiple warehouses: one in Italy and one in the Czech Republic. When an order contains items held in different warehouses, it is split into multiple separate shipments, each with its own tracking and its own cost.
All shipments are still dispatched within 24 hours, but may arrive on different days. The total cost displayed at checkout already accounts for this split: no additional charges will be applied afterwards.
The free shipping threshold applies to each individual shipment. If the value of the items leaving a given warehouse exceeds the threshold, that shipment is free even if the other is not.
Destinations served
We ship to Italy and to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Vatican City.
We do not ship outside these countries. If your destination does not appear at checkout, it is not currently served.
Norway and countries outside the customs union
Norway is not a member of the European Union. Shipments to this destination may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, payable by the recipient at the time of delivery in accordance with local regulations. These amounts are not included in the price displayed at checkout and cannot be determined by us in advance.
Product-specific restrictions
Certain items are subject to sales, transport, or import restrictions that vary by country: airsoft replicas, personal defence tools, knives, pyrotechnic articles, radio equipment, laser devices, and night-vision or thermal optics.
For this reason, specific products may not be shippable to certain destinations. Before placing an order, please verify that purchasing and possessing the item is permitted in your country of residence: details are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Delivery address
Please ensure your address is complete and correct before confirming your order, including the street number, postcode, and any apartment or unit number. Redeliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses will incur additional costs charged to the recipient.
If the carrier finds no one available at the time of delivery, they will normally leave a notice and attempt redelivery, or deposit the parcel at a collection point. Once the holding period expires, the parcel will be returned to us and the order refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
Damaged, missing, or undelivered parcel
Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, accept with reservation by signing the carrier's receipt with the note "accepted subject to inspection": without this wording, filing a claim with the carrier becomes significantly more difficult.
If the contents are damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, write to help@vipertactical.it and attach photographs of the product and the packaging. We will arrange the collection and proceed with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If tracking appears to have stalled or delivery has not occurred within the expected timeframe, please contact us: we will open a case with the carrier and keep you informed of the outcome.
