Terms of service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms govern purchases made on vipertactical.eu, operated by VIKKIN SRLS. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
1. Who we are
VIKKIN SRLS — VAT and Tax Code IT02846720817
Registered office: Contrada Ulmi 703, 91018 Salemi (TP), Italia
Returns address: Via Liguria 21, 90144 Palermo, Italia
Email: info@vipertactical.it - Support: help@vipertactical.it
2. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The email you receive immediately afterwards confirms that we have received the proposal: the contract is concluded upon dispatch of the goods.
We may decline an order when a product is unavailable, when the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, when shipment to the destination country is not permitted for that product category, or when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. In such cases we will notify you and fully refund any amount already charged.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after confirmation we will contact you to offer cancellation, a replacement, or the option to wait.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included; they are calculated and displayed at checkout, before final confirmation.
We accept the payment methods listed on the payment page. Payment is required before delivery; in the absence of payment the order will be cancelled.
We make every effort to ensure that published prices are correct. In the event of a manifest error we will contact you before dispatch: you may confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering: please ensure it is complete and accurate, as redelivery attempts resulting from incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Delivery times are estimates. If delivery does not take place within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract you may set us a reasonable additional deadline and, if that deadline passes without delivery, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment you, or a carrier chosen by you and different from the one we proposed, physically take possession of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). We extend this period to 30 days as a commercial commitment.
We will refund the price of the products and the outbound shipping cost up to the amount of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, with the option to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their dispatch.
The conditions, return costs, and statutory exceptions are described in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
6. Statutory conformity guarantee
Products purchased as a consumer are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. In the event of a defect or non-conformity you are entitled to have conformity restored by repair or replacement at no cost and, where this is not possible or is disproportionate, to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
In cases covered by the statutory guarantee, return shipping costs are borne by us. Please write to help@vipertactical.it describing the issue.
7. Sales restrictions and buyer responsibility
Part of our catalogue includes items subject to age restrictions, possession limits, transport restrictions, or import controls that vary from country to country: airsoft replicas, personal defence tools, knives, pyrotechnic articles, radio equipment, laser devices, and night-vision or thermal optics.
By placing an order you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by the law of your country and you undertake to verify, before ordering, that the purchase, import, and possession of the item are lawful where you reside. We cannot be aware of the regulations of every jurisdiction and accept no liability for customs seizures, holds, or penalties arising from local regulations.
We reserve the right not to ship certain items to destinations where their sale is prohibited or subject to authorisations we cannot verify.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by VIKKIN SRLS or used under licence, and is protected by copyright law.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the website for personal purposes. Reproducing, extracting, republishing, or commercially exploiting the content without our written consent is not permitted.
The trademarks of the products sold belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the items offered. In particular, the trademarks Viper Tactical and Jack Pyke are the property of Thatchreed Limited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and liability for damage caused by defective products.
The website is provided "as is" with regard to technical availability. We make every effort to keep product information accurate; however, such information may be sourced from manufacturers' documentation, and any inaccuracies that are manifestly apparent shall not be binding on us.
10. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.
11. Amendments
We may amend these terms to reflect regulatory changes or updates to our services. Orders already placed are governed by the version in force at the time of the order. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you purchase as a consumer resident in the European Union, the more favourable mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence continue to apply, and jurisdiction lies with the courts of the place where you reside or are domiciled.
Before resorting to legal proceedings you may contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent for e-commerce in your country.
For purchases made by parties not acting as consumers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Trapani.
