You have two distinct rights that are often confused. The right of withdrawal allows you to return a purchase without having to provide any reason. The statutory guarantee of conformity protects you for two years if the product is defective or does not match what you ordered. These are different things, with different timeframes and conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
European law grants you 14 days from delivery to change your mind. We give you 30: this is a commercial commitment we make beyond our legal obligation.
How to exercise it
Write to help@vipertactical.it stating your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason. We will reply with the return authorisation and instructions.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the goods back. The date of dispatch applies, not the date of arrival.
Items sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed: our warehouse has no way of matching them to an order.

Condition of goods
You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop, to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying on a jacket or mounting an optic to assess its appearance does not forfeit the right of withdrawal.
If the item is returned with a reduction in value resulting from use that goes beyond this assessment — field-use marks, missing parts, destroyed packaging, permanently mounted product — we may proportionally reduce the refund. We will notify you of the amount and the reason before proceeding.
We ask you to keep the original packaging and tags: they are not a condition of withdrawal, but they help us put the product back on sale and therefore avoid applying deductions.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your expense. You may arrange it yourself with the carrier of your choice, or request a prepaid label from us: in that case the amount will be deducted from the refund according to the rates below.

For destinations not listed, we will provide the exact cost at the time of return authorisation. The rates are indicative and may increase for larger or heavier shipments. Please confirm the amount you will be charged before proceeding.
The refund
We will refund the price of the products and the outbound shipping cost, to the extent of standard delivery. If you chose a faster delivery option than the base service, the difference remains at your expense.
The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase and at no additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of having dispatched them.
Credit times then depend on your bank or card network.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or personalised, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery, or to perishable goods. Items on promotion are not excluded: the right of withdrawal applies to those as well.
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity
If the product is defective, does not work as it should, or does not match what you ordered, you are entitled to the statutory guarantee for two years from delivery. This is independent of the right of withdrawal and applies well beyond the 30-day period.
In such cases you may request repair or replacement free of charge; if these are not possible or prove disproportionately costly, you may request a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
Write to help@vipertactical.it describing the issue. In cases covered by the statutory guarantee, shipping costs are at our expense.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Item
Check your order as soon as you receive it. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us immediately and attach photographs of the product and the packaging.
In these cases we will arrange collection with our carrier and proceed with replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return the one received and place a new order, without waiting for the return to be processed. Alternatively, you may request a store credit for the same amount, valid across the entire catalogue.
Dispute Resolution
If we have been unable to resolve the issue, you may contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent for e-commerce in your country. Your right to refer the matter to a judicial authority remains unaffected.
