The ZipperFox 25 is a tactical backpack with a 25-litre capacity, measuring 50x27x19 cm and weighing 1350 g empty. It is designed for full-day field use, demanding outdoor activities and light professional deployment. The moderate volume keeps it manageable in dynamic situations without giving up a structured carry system.

The SAS system, featuring a removable fibreglass stay and a hip belt, transfers load onto the hips during long movements. When the pack is lightly loaded and speed of movement matters more than postural comfort, the stay can be removed to save weight. Long, ergonomic shoulder straps with a sternum strap complete the harness without adding bulk. Building the body in 500D Cordura delivers abrasion resistance on rock and dense vegetation, at the cost of slightly more weight compared to the lighter fabrics common in civilian-market packs.

The U-shaped opening lets you access the single main compartment like a duffel bag, without unpacking everything to reach the bottom. Internally, 7 pockets and dividers organise the load without extra accessories; an internal MOLLE panel lets you attach pouches or organisers. A false bottom conceals a built-in rain cover, always accessible without taking up space in the main compartment. An integrated ski-carry system and an ID panel round out a platform built for those who carry the pack in variable conditions and do not want to rely on improvised accessories.
