The X400U Vampire is a weapon-mounted tactical light with integrated laser, designed for rail attachment. At 98 mm in length, it fits any Mil-Spec Picatinny rail in seconds and offers three operating modes: white light, red laser, or both simultaneously — making it a practical tool for operators working in low-light conditions.

The CREE R2 LED delivers 220 lumens of continuous white light with a sustained runtime of over 60 minutes, thanks to a total internal reflection lens that optimises beam distribution and reduces optical losses. This is not a peak output figure: the stated runtime refers to usable light output, not mere power-on time — a distinction that matters in operational planning.

The body is machined from anodised aluminium and sealed with O-rings, providing dust and moisture protection without unnecessary added weight. The light accepts both CR123A batteries at 3 V and 16430 cells at 3.7 V, giving logistical flexibility: use whatever is available in the field. Batteries are not included.
