Wosport Split Tactical Alpha Chest Rig — Multicam

The Wosport Split Tactical Chest Rig Alpha is a split-type chest rig designed for those who want to keep weight and front profile to a minimum without giving up usable MOLLE surface. The front panel is made from laser-cut Cordura, with shaped slots that eliminate the stitching of traditional webbing loops and bring the overall weight down to just 550 g.

The double side-wing structure accommodates connectors for sub-abdominal dangler pouches (not included) and integrates retention loops that keep magazines in place in open-top pouches even during sudden movements. This is the trade-off to bear in mind: elastic retention allows fast draws and intuitive re-insertion, but provides less positive retention than a locking system. For use where reload speed matters more than passive magazine security, this is the right choice; operators working in highly dynamic positions with a lot of rolling may prefer pouches with active closures.

The H-harness shoulder straps carry a dedicated MOLLE strip for a PTT and additional accessories; the abdominal strap with buckle allows fit adjustment. The chest rig can be worn directly on the body or over a plate carrier, adding carry capacity without replacing ballistic protection already in use. Compatibility with standard carriers makes it a modular expansion solution rather than an alternative.
