Wosport

Nylon MOLLE pouch designed to carry a CAT tourniquet in an immediately accessible position. The body measures 15 x 6 cm and weighs 170 g complete with dummy; the attachment panel supports both MOLLE/PALS rails and belt mounting, and the entire pouch can be angled relative to its base to orient the opening at the most ergonomic point for the user.

The open top with elastic retention is the fastest option available: the tourniquet is drawn with a single motion, with no buttons to press or closures to release, and reinserted just as quickly after use. The trade-off with this design is that the contents are less protected from impacts and accidental rotation than a snap-retention closure: for those wearing the system in controlled environments or during training this is a negligible difference, while those operating in rough terrain may prefer to add a secondary retention strap. The dual attachment option — MOLLE and belt — allows it to be mounted on a plate carrier, chest rig, duty belt or uniform sleeve without additional adapters.

The set includes a non-functional CAT dummy, useful for correct positioning and for building muscle memory during dry training, keeping the certified tourniquet safe until it is actually needed. The dummy is solely a visual and training aid: it is not a medical device and must not be used for compression.
