The Helikon-Tex Woodsman Pants are outdoor and bushcraft trousers built from DuraCanvas®, a reinforced cotton canvas designed to withstand abrasion from dense vegetation, rock, and rough terrain. With four pockets and a no-frills cut, they are made for those who spend long hours off-trail and need a pair of trousers that holds up over time without failing at the first bramble patch.

The DuraCanvas® fabric is the foundation of the whole design: its robust canvas structure protects the knees and thighs from abrasion better than a lightweight nylon, at the cost of added weight and reduced breathability compared to technical stretch fabrics. It is the right choice for seasonal bushcraft, hunting in dense environments, and outdoor work where mechanical durability matters more than weight savings. The knee reinforcements handle protection during those moments when you are kneeling on gravel, roots, or hard ground.

The pocket layout is deliberately minimal: two hip pockets with reinforced openings for frequently accessed items, and two smaller side pockets set further back, sized to carry a fixed blade or a folding saw. The belt loops accept belts up to 50 mm wide, compatible with work and outdoor belts. At the back, additional loops let you secure gloves or a hat when the heat means you need to take them off, without loading up your pack.
