Vector Optics QD Cantilever Mount for T1 / RUM Footprint — Black

Quick-detach cantilever mount in 7075-T6 aluminium for red dot sights with an Aimpoint T1 or Vector Optics RUM™ footprint, compatible with Scrapper, Maverick, Paragon Prism and optics sharing the same standard. With a mount height of 27,3 mm and an optical centreline at 35,76 mm from the rail axis, it positions the red dot at lower 1/3 co-witness with the iron sights of an AR-style rifle, keeping the backup sights visible without obstruction.

The cantilever profile shifts the optic 68 mm towards the shooter relative to the fixing point on the Picatinny rail: a practical advantage on rifles with a long handguard or when mounting the red dot further forward on the upper rail of the castle nut. The QD mechanism allows tool-free removal and remounting with repeatable zero return, provided the lever is locked with consistent torque each time — the trade-off inherent to quick-detach that a fixed screw mount does not require.

The low weight of 74 g has negligible effect on the overall balance of the rifle. The matte black finish reduces reflections in bright light conditions.
