The Viper Tactical Skeleton Harness is a tactical load-bearing system combining a duty belt and Y-suspenders, designed for operators carrying heavy kit who need to distribute weight across the waist and shoulders without sacrificing mobility. The belt platform measures 86 cm in length and features a four-level MOLLE panel with laser-cut perimeter stitching, compatible with standard MOLLE pouches and accessories.
The belt uses a quick-release buckle that allows the entire system to be removed in a single motion, even under stress. The internal 3D mesh padding promotes airflow against the body and improves grip around the waist, reducing lateral shift during movement. This construction provides better ventilation than solid padding at the cost of slightly reduced shock absorption — a trade-off that favours comfort during extended wear.
The three-point suspenders are removable and can be worn together with the belt or independently. An internal elastic core absorbs torso movement and keeps the suspenders in place without riding up or sliding off the shoulders, even when the side MOLLE pouches are loaded. Those who prefer a lower profile can run the belt alone, converting the Skeleton Harness into a standalone tactical belt.
Key features
- The quick-release buckle lets you shed the entire system in one action, with no multi-point release required.
- The four-level laser-cut MOLLE panel accepts standard pouches and accessories around the full waist perimeter.
- The 3D mesh padding ventilates the contact surface and stabilises the belt during movement, limiting lateral drift.
- The Y-suspenders with elastic core adapt to torso movement without lifting off the shoulders, even under load.
- The modular design allows belt and suspenders to be used together or separately, adapting the carry configuration to the operational context.
