The SATAC MOLLE IFAK Pouch Small is a compact medical pouch designed for those who carry an individual first aid kit directly on their plate carrier or pack. Measuring 16x12x4 cm and weighing 130 g, it offers enough volume for essential trauma supplies without adding bulk to your loadout.

The body is made from CORUND™ 500D, a technical fabric that balances abrasion resistance with low weight: tougher than standard nylon at the same weight, it holds its shape even when partially filled, making it easier to retrieve kit quickly. The rear panel features an integrated 2x3 MOLLE grid attachment, compatible with any PALS system on a plate carrier, battle belt, or tactical pack.

The Small configuration is intended for an essential IFAK: tourniquet, Israeli bandage, and gloves — with no excess space to slow you down when it matters. Those carrying a larger kit will find the standard version more suitable. Opening and internal retention depend on how the kit is configured; medical supplies are not included.
