Viper Tactical Special Ops Plate Carrier

The Viper Tactical Special Ops plate carrier is built from 600D Cordura and comes in a single adjustable size, designed for operators who need a stable load-bearing platform to distribute equipment and front and rear ballistic protection. Plate pockets are present both front and rear, compatible with standard-format ballistic plates.

Sizing is adjusted at two separate points: the front uses Velcro closures to adapt to chest circumference, while the back integrates an elastic retention system that compensates for equipment variations and allows a more precise fit without reopening the closures. The padded, adjustable shoulder straps distribute the load across the shoulder and collarbone, reducing fatigue during extended operations. The internal Ventex lining provides a minimum level of airflow even during prolonged wear, limiting heat build-up. It is worth noting that the single-band structure without side straps offers greater freedom of movement compared to full-vest designs, but lateral load stability depends entirely on correct adjustment of the closures: an imprecise fit can cause equipment to shift during rapid movement.

MOLLE webbing is distributed across three reinforced fabric side panels and the front panel, which also integrates a chest admin pocket for documents, maps or small items. The three integrated front magazine pouches provide immediate carrying capacity without adding external pouches, keeping the unloaded weight low. The central admin compartment keeps flat items separate from quick-access gear, organising the load without overlap.
