Wosport Pilot Mask metal mesh protective mask — Multicam

The Wosport Pilot Mask is a full-face mask with a metal mesh visor, designed to protect the face during field activities and dynamic shooting sessions. The adjustable headband fits a head circumference of 52 to 64 cm, covering the vast majority of users without the need for separate sizes.

The metal mesh visor represents a deliberate trade-off compared to polycarbonate lenses: it provides full natural ventilation, eliminates fogging even during prolonged exertion and does not scratch, but it does not form a sealed barrier against fine dust, liquid splashes or small fragments. It is the right choice when the priority is unobstructed visibility and thermal comfort, not complete eye isolation. The mask has passed the ball drop test to ANSI Z80.3 standard: within the temperature range of −10 °C to +42 °C, the critical impact velocity to dent the visor is 310 FPS and the critical energy to break it exceeds 3 joules — margins that comfortably cover the typical velocities of airsoft projectiles and incidental light fragments.

The Pilot design, with coverage extending down to protect cheeks and chin, is compatible with the most common helmets in tactical configuration and leaves room for low-profile side ear protection. The Multicam colourway integrates with most camouflage combinations in current use.
