Nuprol Large PnP Foam Insert — Grey

Pick and Pluck foam insert designed for the Nuprol Large hard case, measuring 101x32x8 cm. It is a pre-cut cube panel that lets you carve out custom-fit cavities for airsoft replicas, magazines and accessories, keeping every item securely in place during transport.

The Pick and Pluck system works by removal: cubes are pulled out by hand, one at a time, until you have the exact shape needed to protect your gear. Compared to plain foam that requires cutting tools, this approach is more straightforward and leaves clean edges; at the same time, once a cube is removed it cannot be put back, so it is worth taking your time — lay the replica on the foam and trace its outline before pulling any cube out. The pack includes two sheets, one for the bottom of the case and one for the lid, so your gear is cushioned on both sides.

The foam density is sufficient to absorb the knocks that occur when travelling by car or public transport. It is not a substitute for drop protection, but for everyday use — carrying the case from one airsoft field to another — it strikes a practical balance between low weight and shock absorption.
