The 80% polyester and 20% polyamide blend is the standard formula for high-performance microfibre: the fine synthetic fibres absorb moisture quickly and release it just as fast, so the towel dries far more rapidly than cotton. One trade-off worth knowing is that microfibre dries quickly but tends to pick up residues from sun cream and skin-care products, which gradually reduce absorbency over time: rinse thoroughly after every use and wash without fabric softener, which clogs the fibres.

The included mesh bag lets you pack the towel away still damp without transferring moisture to the rest of your pack contents, and doubles as a small organiser pouch when empty. The green colour keeps it low-profile outdoors without drawing attention.
