The Miltec Quick-Drying Towel is a compact microfibre towel designed for use away from home comforts: hiking, camping, hunting, and extended field training. At 120x60 cm, it provides full-body coverage after a drenching or heavy rain, without the bulk of a traditional terry towel.

The fabric is made from 80% polyester and 20% polyamide: this combination produces an ultra-fine filament structure that increases contact surface with the skin and speeds up water absorption compared to natural fabrics. The result is a towel that dries you off in a few passes and then dries itself out considerably faster, reducing the risk of odours caused by residual moisture when packed away in a rucksack.

One trade-off worth knowing: microfibre absorbs very efficiently, but is sensitive to harsh detergents and fabric softeners, which over time clog the filament pores and reduce performance. Washing in cold water without additives preserves the properties long-term. The included mesh bag lets you store the towel while still slightly damp without sealing it in an airtight sack, allowing minimal ventilation during transport.
