The low cut provides freedom of movement at the ankle whilst maintaining solid structural support, thanks to a water-repellent suede upper paired with Cordura fabric.

The GORE-TEX membrane integrated into the lining addresses the two opposing challenges every tactical shoe must solve: it keeps the foot dry when walking on wet surfaces and allows breathability in warm conditions, preventing internal moisture build-up. This balance is difficult to achieve, and the combination of water-repellent suede and a GORE-TEX membrane achieves it more effectively than a waterproof lining without a breathable layer: the shoe remains breathable, not merely waterproof.
