The entire outer surface is covered in MOLLE webbing, so each operator can configure the vest with the pouches and accessories their procedure requires: medical pouches, tourniquet holders, radio carriers or any compatible module. The front features loops for securing bandage rolls and dressings without the need for additional pouches. The mesh construction keeps air circulating even after hours of continuous use, where a solid-fabric vest would build up heat and cause fatigue.

Wide retro-reflective bands ensure high visibility at night and in low-light conditions — precisely when a responder needs to be spotted from a distance.
