Helikon-Tex Range Tactical Gloves

The Range Tactical Gloves are shooting gloves developed by Helikon-Tex in collaboration with competitive shooters at the international level. Designed for those who handle firearms frequently and want neither to sacrifice trigger feel nor palm protection, they cover the hand while leaving the knuckles open to maintain a full range of motion.

The back is made from a blend of 93% polyester and 7% elastane: the fabric follows the hand without bunching in ways that would interfere with grip, while the synthetic leather palm provides consistent traction on the grip even after extended sessions. The wrist closure with an elasticated hook-and-loop panel lets you adjust the fit in seconds, even with the glove already on — useful when changing thermal layers or moving between environments at different temperatures. The trade-off to consider is the one typical of gloves with a technical fabric back: breathability is good and weight is low (the pair weighs 116 grams), but back-of-hand impact protection is lower than gloves with rigid knuckle inserts — the right choice for shooting and weapon handling, less suitable for tasks involving contact with abrasive surfaces.

The thumb is lined with microfibre: it absorbs sweat from the forehead without scratching and wipes shooting glasses lenses without risk of scratching. The middle finger has a touchscreen-compatible fingertip, allowing you to operate a phone or tablet without removing the glove. A paracord loop on the back lets you attach the gloves to your kit when not worn, preventing loss during movement.
