Wosport Transformers Leader Mesh V1 Protective Mask — TAN

The Wosport Transformers Leader Mesh V1 is a full-face mask designed for protection during airsoft activities. The fine steel mesh stops 6 mm plastic BBs, while the rigid ABS plastic shell in TAN finish keeps weight low and provides complete coverage from chin to forehead.

The tightly woven steel mesh is the core of this mask: it allows airflow to maintain ventilation during movement, while offering enough mechanical resistance to stop BBs of the kind used in airsoft. This is the key trade-off to understand: mesh provides significantly better ventilation than polycarbonate masks, reducing fogging to near zero, but it carries no ballistic certification and does not replace ANSI Z87.1 or EN166 rated eye protection where such standards are required. Players who already use certified eye protection can wear it underneath, but the mask also covers the cheeks, nose and chin — areas that glasses alone leave exposed.

The retention system uses an adjustable rear elastic, compatible with standalone use or in combination with helmets fitted with facial accessory rails. The Transformers Leader-themed design makes the mask instantly recognisable without compromising function: the edges are finished to prevent pressure points during extended wear.
