These figures reflect genuine resistance to the projectiles typically found on airsoft fields, but it is worth noting that the ANSI Z80.3 certification was developed for ophthalmic optics and is not equivalent to military ballistic approval: this mask is designed for sporting airsoft use and not for environments involving live ammunition.
