The PA66 body is non-conductive: on platforms where the rail is in contact with electrical systems, live lines or wet environments, this is a detail worth considering. At 70 g, it does not meaningfully affect weapon balance and keeps the front end trim without adding muzzle weight.

The cap at the base of the grip creates an internal compartment that fits a CR123A battery — useful, for example, as a spare for a red dot. It is a trade-off worth weighing: the compartment adds practical utility but introduces a moving part that needs to be checked periodically to ensure the cap stays tight under recoil.
