The FMA Micro Trauma Kit Medical Pouch Type B is a compact IFAK pouch designed for those who need first-aid supplies within immediate reach during airsoft sessions, training exercises, or outdoor activities. The external dimensions of 130x35x64 mm keep it unobtrusive on any loadout, while the internal organiser opens out to 430x85 mm and provides enough room for tourniquets, dressings, and trauma shears.

The attachment system is compatible with MOLLE/PALS webbing and a belt, allowing it to be mounted on a plate carrier, chest rig, or directly at the waist. Access is via a pull tab with BLIP functionality: a single motion, even with the non-dominant hand, releases the opening from either the right or left side. This is faster than a button or Velcro closure under stress, but it does require the contents to be arranged carefully inside the organiser — otherwise items can shift during movement. The organiser is removable: it pulls out as a single unit and can be pre-staged as a standalone kit, or transferred to another pouch in seconds.

FMA offers this pouch in two organiser variants: the Type A with a 350x81 mm organiser, and the Type B — this version — with a 430x85 mm organiser, suited for when the kit includes bulkier items or a larger number of supplies. The difference goes beyond capacity: the larger organiser still fits within the same outer shell, so the profile on the vest remains unchanged, but the amount of kit accessible on opening is noticeably greater.
