The double-layer system is the core of the design: the thinner inner belt threads through trouser loops via a G-hook and attaches to the outer belt through a full-length hook-and-loop panel. This coupling keeps the outer belt from dropping or rotating during movement, holding the holster and pouches exactly where you set them even under load. The rigid plastic inner skeleton distributes the weight of attached accessories and prevents the nylon webbing from deforming over the course of a day.
