The SATAC Rip-off IFAK MOLLE is a tactical first aid pouch designed to attach to any MOLLE/PALS system with a 3x3 grid and be detached instantly thanks to its quick-release Velcro base. It weighs 185 g empty and is built from CORUND™ 500D fabric, the same material used on high-wear equipment. Colour: Tan.
The combined attachment system is the most important feature to understand before purchasing: the MOLLE grid secures the pouch firmly during movement and physical activity, while the Velcro base allows it to be ripped off with a single sharp motion and handed to whoever needs it, or relocated to another part of the body without any tools. This makes it suitable both for operators carrying the kit on themselves and for team leaders who need to distribute medical supplies quickly. Retention during movement is provided by the MOLLE attachment; speed of access is provided by the tear-away base.
The CORUND™ 500D fabric strikes a balance between abrasion resistance and low weight: tougher than a lightweight hiking nylon but more manageable than 1000D Cordura. Note that the pouch is supplied empty: medical supplies and identification patches are not included and must be selected and packed by the user according to their own needs and training.
Key Features
- The dual MOLLE + tear-away Velcro attachment keeps the pouch firmly in place and allows it to be removed with a single motion when a transfer is needed.
- The 3x3 MOLLE/PALS grid ensures compatibility with plate carriers, chest rigs, belts, and any PALS-compliant platform.
- CORUND™ 500D fabric withstands field abrasion without adding unnecessary weight: the pouch weighs 185 g empty.
- Tan blends into desert configurations and light-dominant multi-colour camouflage patterns.
- Supplied without medical contents, leaving the user free to configure the kit according to their own protocol and specific training.
