SATAC CAT Tourniquet MOLLE Pouch — Black

ABS polymer MOLLE pouch designed to carry a CAT tourniquet and its training replicas. Measuring 12x5.5x4 cm and weighing 62 g, it mounts on any MOLLE/PALS system without adding any appreciable bulk to your kit.

Attachment is via MOLLE webbing or paracord (not included): the MOLLE system provides a secure, fixed position even during fast movement, with no risk of lateral shift. Those who prefer a more versatile setup or need to mount it on non-PALS surfaces can use paracord to attach it to belts, harnesses or improvised structures.

Retention is handled by the geometry of the ABS shell itself: the open top allows the tourniquet to be drawn and re-inserted one-handed in a matter of seconds — exactly what you need in an emergency. The usual trade-off of open-top designs applies: access is immediate, but there is no positive snap-retention, so in environments with heavy contact or dense undergrowth it is worth checking periodically that the tourniquet is correctly seated.
