The Small Horizontal IFAK Laser-Cut is a compact medical pouch by Warrior Assault Systems designed for individual first aid kits (IFAK) to be mounted on MOLLE systems. Measuring 10 cm in height, 15 cm in width and with a variable depth of 2 to 8 cm, it suits tactical configurations where space is limited but rapid access to medical supplies is a priority.

The front panel in composite laminate and Hypalon provides enough structural rigidity to maintain its shape even when the pouch is partially empty, while the laser-cut outer MOLLE webbing delivers a clean profile and reduces weight compared to traditional stitching. Attachment is via 4 horizontal MOLLE straps, which distribute the load across multiple loops and provide a more secure connection to the platform than a single hook. Vertical mounting is also possible with an optional adapter, not included.

The removable internal elastic insert allows the contents — tourniquet, gauze, chest decompression needle — to be organised so that each item stays in its defined position during movement yet can still be retrieved with one hand. This system is faster than a zip or press-stud closure, but offers lower retention: in high-intensity environments it is good practice to check periodically that the supplies are correctly positioned.
