The Small Horizontal IFAK Laser-Cut is a compact medical pouch by Warrior Assault Systems, designed to carry an individual first aid kit (IFAK) in a horizontal orientation on MOLLE/PALS systems. Measuring 15 cm wide, 10 cm tall and with a variable depth of 2 to 8 cm, it mounts to tactical belts, plate carriers and chest rigs without encroaching on magazine space.

The body is constructed from composite laminate with Hypalon reinforcements – a material that holds its shape under heavy use and resists abrasion in the most demanding operational conditions. The front panel is laser-cut to produce a precise MOLLE grid that accepts compatible inserts and accessories, allowing the external configuration to be customised without altering the pouch structure. Inside, a removable elastic insert holds medical supplies firmly in place and can be extracted as a self-contained unit, speeding up kit transfer when it matters most.

Primary attachment is via 4 horizontal MOLLE loops, which distribute the load evenly and reduce lateral movement of the pouch during running or climbing. A separate adapter allows vertical mounting, expanding positioning options. The lid has no snap closure, giving immediate access without dexterity demands or opening time; it also means the closure is not mechanically retained. The retention provided by the elastic insert is sufficient for everyday dynamic use, though operators working in aquatic environments or on rope should consider solutions with a rigid closure.
