Warrior Assault Systems Personal Medic Rip-Off MOLLE Pouch — Ranger Green

The Personal Medic Rip-Off is an IFAK pouch by Warrior Assault Systems designed for rapid access to first-aid supplies in operational environments and milsim scenarios. It attaches to your kit via a combination of a Velcro panel and a security buckle, with 4 vertical MOLLE/PALS loops that provide solid anchorage on plate carriers, chest rigs and compatible belts.

The rip-off release system is the defining feature of this pouch: under normal conditions the buckle prevents accidental detachment, but when needed you simply open it and tear the pouch away from the Velcro panel with a firm pull on the dedicated handle. The result is a pouch already in hand, ready for self-aid or to be passed to whoever is managing the casualty. The trade-off is inherent to the design: the Velcro-plus-buckle combination offers greater security than a Velcro-only attachment, but requires a deliberate two-step action — ideal when working in pairs, less automatic for one-handed self-aid. The internal volume is sufficient to hold 2 C-A-T tourniquets alongside essential dressing material.

Ranger Green meets IR-reflection reduction requirements and is compatible with the main camouflage patterns in current use. A medical cross patch can be applied to the front Velcro panel for immediate identification of the pouch in the field. The product is declared for milsim use and meets MIL-SPEC standards; it is also suitable as an IFAK for competitive airsoft players or structured simulation scenarios.
