The Personal Medic Rip-Off is a quick-detach MOLLE first aid pouch made by Warrior Assault Systems, designed for those who carry a first aid kit in a tactical configuration. The attachment system occupies 4 MOLLE columns and combines a rear hook-and-loop panel with a quick-release security strap, making it suitable for professional use as well as milsim airsoft.

The rip-off mechanism is the centrepiece of the design: the pouch remains secured to the hook-and-loop panel during normal use, but the buckle strap can be released in a single motion, allowing the entire pouch to be torn away with one pull on the handle. This lets you hand it off to a first aider or use it for self-aid without wasting time unpicking laces or partially open hook-and-loop. The trade-off is stability during movement: the hook-and-loop provides a firm grip but is less rigid than a conventional MOLLE attachment with a full weave, which makes detachment faster but requires keeping the security strap closed when operating on rough terrain.

The OD (Olive Drab) colour reduces infrared reflection, a common requirement at milsim events where night vision devices are used.
