Warrior Assault Systems IFAK Medical Pouch — Multicam

The Warrior Assault Systems IFAK pouch is an individual medical pouch designed to carry combat first aid kits. Measuring 18 cm tall, 10 cm wide and 8 cm deep, it offers enough volume for a tourniquet, haemostatic gauze and emergency dressing supplies, while remaining compact enough not to interfere with movement.

The attachment system is MOLLE/PALS compatible, allowing it to be mounted on plate carriers, tactical belts, chest rigs or any system fitted with standard PALS webbing. The front hook-and-loop panel allows identification patches — IR or colour — to be attached, useful for rapid recognition by teammates or medical personnel during casualty evacuation. The body is constructed from Cordura nylon, a material well known for its abrasion and tear resistance under demanding operational conditions.

The pouch is supplied empty: this is worth considering before purchase. It means complete freedom to organise the contents according to your own treatment protocol and training, without having to break down a pre-packed kit that may not suit your needs.
