The Tasmanian Tiger IFAK Medical Pouch is an individual first aid kit pouch designed for operators, hunters and shooters who need rapid access to emergency medical supplies. Measuring 24x16x5.5 cm and weighing 250 g, it offers enough volume for a complete IFAK without adding unnecessary bulk to your kit.

The body is made from CORDURA 700D with an IRR (infrared reduction) surface treatment: the material lowers the thermal signature of the equipment in the NIR bands — a relevant detail for those operating in environments where observation with image intensifiers or thermal cameras is an operational variable. The Stone Grey Olive colour aids optical camouflage in the visible spectrum, while the IRR treatment works in the invisible range.

The attachment system is MOLLE reverse, also compatible with 50 mm belts: the pouch can therefore be mounted on plate carriers, chest rigs and vests with MOLLE/PALS webbing, as well as directly on the belt, without adapters. The MOLLE attachment provides a stable and secure position, but requires a few minutes to reposition — those who frequently change configurations should bear this in mind compared to quick-detach solutions.
