The Tasmanian Tiger IFAK Medical Pouch is a modular pouch designed to carry an individual first aid kit (IFAK), built for professional operators, hunters and shooters who need emergency supplies within immediate reach in the field. Measuring 24x16x5.5 cm and weighing 250 g, it offers enough capacity for the core contents of a combat or hiking kit without adding unnecessary bulk to your loadout.

The body is made from CORDURA 700D in 100% polyamide, a high-density fabric that resists abrasion and holds its shape even when the pouch is repeatedly loaded and unloaded under demanding conditions. The durability of the material matters most in environments where the pouch may be subjected to impacts, snagging on vegetation or contact with rough surfaces: CORDURA 700D does not fray and retains its structural integrity throughout.

The attachment system is MOLLE reverse, compatible with 50 mm belts. The reverse MOLLE mounting allows the pouch to be fixed directly onto a belt or MOLLE panel with a low outward profile: the pouch sits flush against the host rather than protruding. This is an advantage in terms of silhouette and freedom of movement, though it does require the host belt or panel to be sufficiently rigid to support the weight of the kit without deforming — otherwise opening and closing becomes less smooth.
