The Helikon-Tex Cobra D-Ring FX45 is a tactical belt in 45 mm wide nylon webbing, designed for those who need a rugged, quick-release solution for everyday and operational use. The closure is the patented AustriAlpin Cobra FX45 buckle with integrated D-ring, a recognised standard in tactical load-bearing.
The AustriAlpin Cobra FX45 buckle features a side-release system with dual safety lock: opening requires a deliberate action, preventing accidental release, yet the buckle snaps open and shut with a single firm movement even with gloves on. The integrated D-ring provides a rigid attachment point for accessories, gear hangers or lanyards without any additional hardware mounted on the belt. Compared to a standard press-fit buckle, this solution handles significantly higher lateral and vertical loads while still fitting within the profile of a belt worn under an outer MOLLE belt.
The nylon webbing has no holes: adjustment is continuous and fits the operator's waist with millimetre precision regardless of seasonal clothing changes. Available lengths cover a wide range — from 110 cm for size S up to 160 cm for XXXL — making it straightforward to find the right fit without compromise. The straightforward construction keeps the unloaded weight low, making this belt suitable as an inner belt onto which a quick-release outer platform can be mounted. Note that this product is not rated as climbing or rescue equipment and must not be used as such.
