What do you do when it’s scorching hot and you still need to be tactical and have all the tactical functionality of the UTP(R) pants? Try the UTS(R), Urban Tactical Shorts(R) or the cropped version of our best-selling pants. The cut and pocket placement allow them to remain civil enough to not reveal the wearer’s identity, while still allowing for a full set of tactical gear. The elastic waistband with Velcro closure allows for some size adjustment. Wide belt loops allow for wearing wide belts such as the EDC, UTL(R) or Cobra(R). Plus, the cut (inspired by jeans, of all places) prevents the shorts from getting lost while wearing. The thoughtful pocket placement allows for gear to be positioned close to the center of mass, around the hips and waist. The edges of the front and back pockets are reinforced to withstand the constant movement of light or knife clips. The two front pockets with Velcro closure are large enough to hold a smartphone - or even an AR/AK rifle magazine. The side pockets with zippers appear flat - but their design allows them to easily carry bags or wallets. A wide range of colors allows you to match the shorts to the rest of your clothing or to the working conditions.
