What do you do when it’s scorching hot but you still need to be tactical and have all the tactical functionality of the UTP(R) pants? Try the UTS(R), Urban Tactical Shorts(R) or the cropped version of our best-selling pants. The cut and pocket layout allow them to remain civil enough to not reveal the wearer’s identity, while still allowing for a full set of tactical gear. The elastic, hook-and-loop waistband allows for some size adjustment. Wide belt loops allow for wearing wide belts like the EDC, UTL(R) or Cobra(R). Plus, the cut (inspired by jeans, of all designs) prevents the shorts from slipping while wearing them. Thanks to the thoughtful pocket placement, gear can be positioned close to the center of mass, around the hips and waist. The edges of the front and back pockets are reinforced to withstand the constant movement of light clips or knives. The two front pockets with hook-and-loop closures are large enough to carry a smartphone – or even an AR/AK rifle magazine. The side zip pockets look flat - but their design allows you to easily carry bags or wallets. A wide range of colors allows you to match the shorts to the rest of your clothing or work conditions.
