The Earmor M300X is an active electronic hearing protector designed for shooters, hunters and professional operators who need to stay aware of their surroundings without exposing their hearing to harmful sound pressure peaks. Weighing 339 g and featuring a foldable design, it is built for extended sessions at the range or in the field.

The amplification system relies on 4 directional microphones with 360° coverage: ambient sound remains audible and locatable, but any noise exceeding 82 dB is suppressed before it reaches the ear canal. The stated NRR is 24 dB, a suitable level for standard shooting outdoors or indoors with moderate-power calibres. Those shooting in highly reverberant environments or with high-powered calibres may wish to combine the earmuffs with foam earplugs, as the cups alone are less effective at attenuating the lowest frequencies.

The 3.5 mm AUX input allows connection of a radio or smartphone to receive communications without removing the protector. Gel ear cushions improve comfort and acoustic seal even after hours of use, reducing pressure fatigue compared to standard foam seals. Power comes from 2 AAA batteries included in the box, with a stated battery life of up to 60 hours and automatic shut-off after 4 hours of inactivity. Water resistance is rated IPX5, sufficient for use in moderate rain or high humidity.
