SNUGPAK

The Nautilus is a three-season sleeping bag designed for bivouacking and camping in cool or cold conditions, with a comfort temperature of +3 °C and an extreme limit of -2 °C. Weighing 1 400 g and supplied with a compression sack, it is built for those who carry their kit on their back without sacrificing a good night's sleep.

The dual zip system — one on the left side for standard entry and one along the bottom edge — allows the bag to be opened out flat and used as a blanket. This flexibility is useful when night temperatures shift considerably between bedtime and the warmer hours: there is no need to climb out of the bag, simply lower the bottom zip to increase ventilation. The trade-off is real: a bag that opens fully offers versatility, but the opening bottom panel adds weight and, if not closed properly, reduces heat retention during the coldest hours.

The included compression sack significantly reduces packed volume, making the bag compatible with mid-capacity rucksacks. Those using it for hunting or extended hiking will appreciate the balance between thermal comfort and compact pack size.
