OLIGHT OSIGHT C Green Collimator Sight — Black

The OSIGHT C is a green dot sight with an RMR footprint, designed for shooters who want a compact closed red dot sight on a pistol or short carbine without giving up reticle versatility. The 24x19 mm window provides a sufficient field of view for rapid target acquisition at short and medium range, housed in a CNC-machined 7075 aluminium body measuring 45x30x30 mm and weighing just 42 g.

The green reticle is available in three selectable configurations: 3 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle, and circle-dot combination. The fine dot is precise at medium range and does not obscure the target; the large circle enables fast close-range acquisition. The combination of both offers a hierarchical aiming reference: the circle draws the eye onto the target, the dot refines the aim. The trade-off lies in the choice: the dot alone is cleaner and less distracting in bright conditions, while the circle can appear overpowering in a small window when engaging beyond 25 metres. The 10 brightness levels — 8 for daytime use and 2 for use with night-vision devices — allow the dot to be adapted to any lighting condition, from full sunlight to low light.

The stated battery life is 100,000 hours in single-dot mode at level 3, powered by a CR1632 battery (not included). The motion detection system activates the sight at the slightest movement and switches it off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity, reducing power consumption without any manual intervention. The function memory retains the last selected brightness level on power-up. Water resistance is certified to IPX6, suitable for outdoor use in rain. Parallax is compensated: the dot sits on the target plane regardless of eye alignment, reducing aiming errors in non-standard shooting positions. Windage and elevation adjustment range is ±45 MOA with 1 MOA clicks.

Key features

• The RMR footprint allows direct installation on pistols and carbines already fitted with compatible cuts or plates, with no additional adapters required.
• At 42 g, the sight does not upset the balance of the firearm — particularly relevant on pistols where slide mass affects the operating cycle.
• The ±45 MOA windage and elevation range with 1 MOA clicks provides sufficient adjustment margin even on platforms with off-centre mounts.
• The automatic shut-off and brightness memory eliminate the need to manage the sight manually between uses.
• The IPX6 rating covers use in heavy rain without additional protection.
• The three-mode reticle adapts the same optic to different distances and contexts without swapping it out.
