CYGNUS ARMORY Face Warrior Defender Face Protection — Desert Night Camo

The Face Warrior Defender is a tactical airsoft face cover featuring a stainless steel SS304 mesh with carbon coating that protects teeth, nose and cheekbones. Designed for players who simultaneously wear a goggle, hearing protection and carry a rifle on their shoulder, it maintains an unusually slim side profile that does not interfere with cheek weld or the use of a red dot sight.

The SS304 stainless steel mesh with carbon coating absorbs BB impacts even at close range and can be gently shaped to follow the contours of the face. This is the trade-off worth knowing: the flexibility that allows personalised adjustment is the same quality that requires care when forming — a mesh bent too sharply in one spot may give over time, while one shaped gradually holds its form much longer. The soft inner padding keeps the mesh away from the mouth, eliminating pressure points and beard irritation during extended use.

The gaiter is made from breathable polyester and elastane, which wicks moisture and reduces goggle fogging without causing overheating during intensive sessions or in warm conditions. Compatibility is stated with helmets, goggles and tactical headsets: the slim cheek profile leaves room for ear-cup bails without creating any interference.

Key features

• The SS304 mesh with carbon coating protects teeth, nose and cheekbones from BBs even at short range, without adding bulk to the sides of the face.
• The slim cheek profile allows correct cheek weld and does not obstruct red dot sights or LPVO optics.
• The mesh can be hand-shaped to fit individual facial geometry, provided forming is carried out gradually to avoid fatiguing the material.
• The soft inner padding eliminates direct contact between the mesh and the mouth, reducing pressure and irritation during long sessions.
• The breathable polyester and elastane fabric limits goggle fogging and maintains a comfortable temperature during intense activity.
• Compatible with helmets, goggles and tactical headsets thanks to a design that avoids interference with other pieces of kit.
