The Delta Armory M4 SilentOps 10" CHARLIE is an airsoft gun in M-LOK configuration with a 280 mm inner barrel, overall length between 732 and 815 mm with stock extended, and a weight of 2080 g. It is designed for players who want a compact, modular AR15 platform ready for mid-cap use, with a muzzle velocity of 115 m/s using 0.25–0.28 g BBs.

The receiver is made from ABS: a choice that keeps weight low and reduces the entry cost compared to aluminium, but means that rail-mounted accessories should be tightened carefully to avoid long-term wear. The M-LOK mounting system on all four faces of the handguard allows torches, bipods, grips and aftermarket accessories to be added without adapters, keeping the slim profile of the base configuration. The gearbox is a V2 QSC with 14 piston teeth and 8 mm metal bearings: a proven mechanism with wide availability of spare parts and upgrades on the market.

Power is supplied via a stick battery in the buffer tube with a Small Tamiya connector: a widely available and easy-to-source format, though it limits capacity compared to nunchuck or compact LiPo batteries. The airsoft gun does not come fitted with a MOSFET or ETU as standard: with 7.4 V batteries operation is direct, whilst use of an 11.1 V battery requires the installation of a MOSFET to protect the electrical contacts. The muzzle thread is 14 mm counter-clockwise, the standard for the majority of muzzle devices available for the M4 platform. The included mid-cap magazine holds 120 BBs: a capacity that balances autonomy and operational realism without needing to top up manually between strings of fire.
