Power comes from a stick battery housed in the buffer tube via a Mini Tamiya connector; the battery is not included. If you intend to use an 11.1 V LiPo battery, the manufacturer specifies that a MOSFET or ETU unit must be fitted to protect the electrical contacts, as neither is included as standard.
