The Delta Armory M4 Charlie is a carbine-format airsoft gun featuring a 10" (approx. 254 mm) KeyMod rail and a 370 mm inner barrel, designed for players who want a compact AR15/M4 platform without sacrificing modularity. With an overall length ranging from 800 mm to 890 mm depending on stock position and a weight of 2370 g, it sits in a size bracket that works equally well indoors and outdoors. The body is ABS; the receiver is technical polymer.

At the core is a version 2 gearbox with a QSC system, a 14-tooth piston, 7 mm metal ball bearings, and a metal spring guide — all contributing to cycle consistency and long-term durability under sustained use. Muzzle velocity is 115 m/s with 0.25 g BBs; the manufacturer recommends BBs between 0.25 and 0.28 g for the best balance of trajectory and accuracy through the 370 mm barrel. The muzzle thread is 14 mm negative (CCW), compatible with the vast majority of suppressors and tactical devices on the market for M4 platforms.

Power comes from a stick battery in the buffer tube (not included), via a small Tamiya connector. The gun has no MOSFET or electronic trigger unit fitted: using an 11.1 V LiPo battery requires the installation of an external MOSFET or ETU to protect the trigger contacts. The plastic mid-cap magazine holds 120 BBs. The hop-up system with plastic chamber is adjustable and needs periodic maintenance alongside the inner barrel to keep performance consistent over time.
