Wosport Tactical Signal Light II — Red

The Wosport Tactical Signal Light II is a personal signal light moulded in one-piece silicone, designed to be worn on a helmet, vest or pack. At 4x4 cm and just 12 g, it adds nothing noticeable to your load-out while remaining immediately visible at night or in low-light conditions thanks to its red output.

The one-piece silicone construction is not merely an aesthetic choice: it eliminates joints and additional seals, making the body inherently waterproof. Unlike lights with a separate battery compartment sealed by an o-ring, the only critical point here is the moment of CR2032 battery replacement: incorrect reassembly can compromise the seal, so the operation should be carried out carefully. Under normal use, the light handles rain without issue.

The activation button is centred on the front face, a layout that lets you operate it with gloves on without having to feel for the correct orientation. Steady mode marks a static position; strobe mode increases motion visibility and extends battery life during prolonged operations. Attachment is via rear velcro: it provides fast, versatile anchoring on any MOLLE or loop surface, but is not comparable to a mechanical mount — the velcro holds through sharp movement or falls, but should be checked periodically. The red variant of this light preserves night-vision adaptation better than white or green.
