Wosport D3CRM Chest Rig — Multicam

The D3CRM is a micro-format chest rig designed for operators working in confined spaces — vehicle cabins, urban environments, dense woodland — where the bulk of a full plate carrier is a liability. The front profile is low-volume and can be worn over any load-bearing equipment already in use, or on its own when mobility and a lower signature take priority over ballistic protection.

The core of the system is the velcro-retained swappable front insert: changing the insert adapts the rig to different magazine types without buying a new carrier. In the included configuration, the insert holds 3 STANAG magazines secured by plastic retention blocks that prevent accidental release during vigorous movement or rolls. This is a trade-off worth understanding: the mechanical retention of the plastic blocks is reliable in static use and at the run, but requires a firm grip on extraction and the block only resets correctly when the magazine is fully reseated — this is not an open-top elastic system.

The two side pockets accept pistol magazines, a multitool or smoke grenades depending on the chosen loadout. The rear panel is full hook-and-loop, compatible with MOLLE backings and hook-based systems: attach it directly to a plate carrier or add rear expansion pouches. Those who want to run a radio pouch, admin panel or dump pouch on the front will find enough MOLLE surface to complete the setup without overcrowding it.
