Wosport Scarab Tactical MOLLE Back Panel — Ranger Green

The Wosport Scarab is a Cordura MOLLE back panel designed to attach to the rear of a plate carrier or tactical vest, shifting part of the load onto the back to free up space on the front. At 40x26 cm and an unloaded weight of 500 g, it fits most patrol and extended-operation carriers.

The upper pouch is stitched solidly to the panel and integrates a removable insert with pull tabs for quick retrieval: inside there are 8 elastic loops for 40 mm grenades. The front of the pouch features additional MOLLE webbing paired with a Velcro panel, allowing extra pouches or ID patches to be added without altering the structure. This compartment is built for stable integration: the insert pulls out quickly but will not open accidentally, making it well suited for carrying consumables that need to be ready but not immediately to hand.

The lower pouch is a rip-off IFAK: it is held to the panel by Velcro and a buckle strap, so it can be torn away in a second and handed off or used independently. Inside, elastic loops keep first-aid supplies organised and prevent movement during a run. The front carries a small Velcro panel for a blood-type patch and a document pocket. The trade-off here is the one typical of any rip-off system: the Velcro-and-buckle attachment allows fast detachment under stress but does not offer the rigidity of a permanent stitch. Those who do not plan to detach the pouch in service can tighten the strap to maximum tension for a more secure hold; those who want the fastest possible extraction should leave it slightly looser.
