Viper Tactical VX Utility Rig Half Flap

The VX Utility Rig Half Flap is a replacement cover panel designed for the VX Buckle Up Utility Rig by Viper Tactical. With a surface area of 19.5x10 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm, it replaces the original rig flap to protect and organise the contents of the main compartment, retaining full native compatibility with the entire VX ecosystem.

Attachment is via hook-and-loop fastening, the same system used on the VX-line Buckle Up Rigs: the panel installs and removes without tools and can be swapped between different configurations without modifying the underlying rig. The hook-and-loop front panel accepts identification patches or other hook-and-loop-compatible elements, making the flap useful as a secondary admin surface.

The 700D polyester construction provides enough rigidity to hold its shape under load without adding any noticeable weight to the overall carry setup. As this is a soft-closure flap rather than a rigid retention cover, access to the compartment is fast and one-handed: an advantage on the move, at the cost of lower retention compared to snap or zip closures.
