The Vector Optics Maverick is a matched red dot and magnifier system mounted on a one-piece RIS block, designed for shooters who need to switch quickly between unmagnified and magnified views without changing their hold on the rifle. The setup suits dynamic shooters, instructors and operators who need immediate versatility without sacrificing mounting rigidity.

The one-piece mount eliminates alignment play between the two units: the red dot and magnifier share the same optical plane from the first use, with no need for cross-adjustment. The result is a stable, repeatable point of impact every time the system is reinstalled on the Picatinny rail.

Recoil resistance is rated for calibres commonly used on AR platforms and medium-energy bolt-action rifles. The construction handles the conditions typical of professional outdoor use, where moisture, dust and accidental impacts are part of a normal day in the field or on a hunt.

Maverick

The entry-level series: affordable red dots and magnifiers, with mount included.

Maverick is the entry point to the Vector Optics catalogue. The red dots in this series come with both low and riser mounts included, honeycomb sunshade and lens cap: ready to mount and use with no additional purchases.

The mounting height is designed to provide a lower 1/3 co-witness with the iron sights of a standard AR platform, meaning the sights remain visible in the lower third of the window without interfering with the primary aiming picture.

The line also includes the 3x22 magnifiers with side-flip mount, which allow the red dot magnification to be tripled and returned to 1x with a single motion.
