The Urban Admin Pouch O.03 is a compact Cordura organiser pouch designed for anyone who needs quick access to documents, work tools, small electronics and first-aid supplies during duty or operational outdoor use. It attaches to a duty belt or integrates with MOLLE/PALS systems, fitting a wide range of configurations without modification.

The core of the pouch is the removable internal organiser, compatible with the Versatile Insertion system — it can be pulled out and transferred to a second velcro panel, or kept clipped in to prevent it from opening accidentally during movement. Inside you'll find five flat pockets, one elastic cord pocket and several sliding elastic bands: the combination lets you separate thin items such as memory cards, pens and first-aid gloves from bulkier ones like a power bank or a small torch. A D-ring and a zipped internal pocket add two quick-access points for keys or items that must not fall out accidentally.

The main compartment closes with velcro rather than a zip: this makes opening silent and immediate, but it also means the closure is neither airtight nor suitable for items sensitive to dust or moisture. A loop ID panel is stitched onto the flap for immediate visual identification. The expandable external pocket — featuring two small flat pockets, four elastic bands, a paracord pull and two elastic retention loops — allows secondary access without opening the main compartment. YKK zippers ensure a high number of opening cycles without slider failure. The front loop panel accepts patches and ID tabs across its entire surface.
